hi all, when I found out my street was flooding again, I wasnt sure my sump pump was going to work. I had just met the owner of bgm supply, of which I didnt know existed, i might add, anyway proceeded to explain my situation, she informed me who she was, bottom line, she called her staff, and had them deliver to my house a new sump pump, right away, no questions asked. she did not know me, but she did this anyway. in my estimation, you cant get better customer service, anywhere. so people keep the local businesses in business!! you wont regret it.
